My name is Rebecca, aka Tatmom or Tatmom03. I've been tatting since 1999, thanks to the efforts of a persistent salesclerk. My preferred method of tatting is Needle Tatting. I can use the shuttle for very basic tatting, but it's too slow and frustrating for me.
On these pages you'll see a few patterns I've designed, some projects I've completed, and perhaps a few works-in-progress as well. My tatting time has been reduced by the birth of my child a few years ago, but I still find a few minutes here and there to pick it up again. As a matter of fact, that's one of the things I love about tatting - how very portable it is. I can easily pick it up and then put it down again at a moment's notice (usually a cry of "I need you mommy!")
